Information we collect
We collect the email address you submit. You may also provide a community name and X username. We record when you consent, when you confirm your email, your subscription status, and delivery events such as a bounce, complaint, or opt-out.
To prevent abuse, we also store a one-way hash derived from the submitting network address and a shortened browser user-agent string. We do not ask for passwords, private keys, seed phrases, funds, or identity documents on the waitlist.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm that you control the email address, manage the curator waitlist, send Banner product and onboarding updates, review potential curator communities, answer requests, and protect the form from misuse.
Joining the waitlist does not automatically create a curator account or launchpad. If onboarding opens for you, any additional information will be explained before it is collected.
Services that process the data
Banner uses Vercel to host the website and functions, Neon to store waitlist records, Resend to deliver confirmation and update emails, and Proton to receive and answer project email. These providers process information only to provide those services to Banner.
We do not sell waitlist information or use it for third-party advertising. The public waitlist page currently does not use advertising cookies.
Confirmation, retention, and opt-out
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. An address enters the curator update audience only after confirmation. Pending and confirmed records are kept only while they are useful for waitlist operations, security, or required suppression records.
Every marketing update includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, Banner and Resend retain a suppression state so the address is not added back without a fresh confirmation.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information. You may also withdraw email consent at any time using an unsubscribe link.
Send requests to hello@banner.markets from the address concerned. We may ask for a reasonable step to verify that the request came from the address owner.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when the waitlist or onboarding flow changes. The effective date above will change when a material revision is published.
